Vegan Shredz Coaching is an online coaching program designed to help vegans transform their body and learn how to stay in shape forever. We offer high-level 1 to 1 coaching to our clients to ensure that you are consistently progressing.

Do I have to give up nights out, alcohol, comfort foods, carbs or going out to eat with my family and friends?

Not at all!

Does online fitness coaching actually work?

Yes! Because I coach people online, I'm way more accessible than a personal trainer that you will see physically in a gym. This allows me to maintain constant communication with you, meaning that you’ll always know how to adjust your plan, stay encouraged, and be held accountable. This will ensure that you continue to build momentum towards your goals (which means no more off and on progress).  And I'm 100% vegan, unlike 99% of the trainers that you’ll find training people in your local gym. Online fitness coaching not only works for my clients, it’s actually A LOT better than just doing training sessions!

So how does it all work?

In the Vegan Shredz coaching program, we prioritize easy-to-use technology that provides trackable workout plans to our clients. Here are some examples of how we use technology to help our clients:

Absolutely! I create every client's nutrition plan from scratch based on their unique goals, what foods they like and don't like, what food allergy/sensitivities they have, and what grocery stores they have access to. Everything I do is 100% customized.

I'm 50 years old. Am I too old to join this program?

You are definitely not too old! I have worked with clients from all ages from early 20s to late 50s. And they've all found tremendous success within this program because I fully customize each client's nutrition and training programs based on hundreds of different factors.

Can I still join this program even if I don't live in the U.S.?
